Do you have a passion for developing young players and coaching at a high level? East Coast Bays AFC is looking for a Football Development Manager – Junior Football to lead our U9–U12 programme and coach in our NRFL Youth League setup.

Location: Auckland, NZ
Start Date: September 2025 (negotiable)
Type: Part-time, hybrid role
Hours: Flexible with evenings/weekends required

In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the U9–U12 development programme
- Coach one junior team and one NRFL Youth team
- Support coach education and community football programmes
- Deliver high-quality, player-focused training and mentoring
- Collaborate with a passionate coaching team and vibrant club community

You’ll bring:
NZF C Licence (B Licence preferred)
Youth coaching experience
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
A commitment to growing the game and supporting young athletes
A valid driver’s licence and legal right to work in NZ
