East Coast Bays Flamingos - 9 to 12 Year Olds
Designed with our junior female players in mind, this programme is a wonderful opportunity to hang out with your mates on a Friday evening, playing football and learning new skills.Alongside Fantails, Flamingos is integral to our Friday Night Girls programme offering , allowing every girl to continue playing football throughout the year.
No matter where you are in your football journey, our coaches are equipped to provide sessions that can cater to all skill levels

Talent Development Programmes (TDP) - Youth 13-17th Grades
The East Coast Bays New Zealand Football (NZF) Talent Development Programme provides an aligned, coordinated approach to the development of high potential youth footballers, aged 13-17 years. Its main aim is to provide a challenging, structured programme for players, in an enjoyable environment that maximizes player development.
It is highly likely that the game in the future will be quicker, more technical, and tactical, and the demands on our younger players will be elevated. Through a planned, consistent approach to training, based around principles of long-term Player Development, East Coast Bays AFC NZF Talent Development Programme provide a platform for players wishing to reach their potential.
