Frequently Asked Questions

What are the associated costs should my child make the team?

TDP fees will be charged per term, these fees cover coaching costs, support services and  education workshops. Term fees DO NOT cover traditional winter registration fees or tournament costs

Will term fees remain consistent throughout the year?

Term fees will vary due to number of contacts but will scale with coaching qualification level / competition entry

My child has made the team, what happens with club registrations?

Your child will be registered with Hibiscus Coast AFC for the season. East Coast Bays AFC and Hibiscus Coast AFC have formed a partnership, with Hibiscus Coast acting as the official license holder. This means the programme must compete under a single club name in the LOTTO NRFL competition. That said, both clubs are fully committed to working together to deliver this programme , we simply couldn’t run it sustainably without each other.

What do Winter Season fees cover?

Traditional winter season fees are collected by the club to help cover overall operating costs. All club members are required to pay registration fees, regardless of the team they play for.

What if my daughter does NOT make the team?

If your daughter is not selected for the U14 or U16 TDP teams in 2026, we will support her by advising on an environment that best suits her development. We remain committed to helping aspiring young girls reach their full potential

When are final selections communicated??

Selection sessions will run for 8 weeks in Term 4, team announcements will be made 15 December.

Can my daughter play for a community team with her friends as well as the TDP team in 2026?

No, if your daughter is selected for a TDP team, that will be her team for the season. Please carefully consider the motivation for trialing, as players in the TDP pathway compete at a higher level of football and may not be placed in the same team as their friends
