Social Media Manager

Oversee our social media scheduling and guide our creative team

What you’ll do:

  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & website)
  • Marketing and promotion of our amazing community (teams, programmes, club events, gameday experience)
  • Work with sponsors/ community grant providers to highlight their support and businesses
  • Increase engagement through our ECBAFC Teams Facebook Page

What we’re looking for:

  • A creative spark, a reliable work ethic and a team-player mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and passion for visual storytelling
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Confidence using social media platforms, Canva or other design tools and basic analytics
  • Approx 3-5 hours per week (flexible schedule!)
  • An interest in sport, particularly football, would be advantageous

Content Creators

Work closely with the Social Media Manager to produce a wide variety of content for digital & social media channelsWhat you’ll do:

  • Produce engaging photographic and video content to showcase our amazing community (teams, programmes, club events, gameday experience)
  • Planning and executing still photography in a range of settings on & off the field
  • Devising, planning, filming and editing regular and one-off video content for social media

What we’re looking for:

  • A creative spark, a reliable work ethic and a team-player mindset
  • Skills in end-to-end video production and still photography;
  • A passion for visual storytelling
  • No commitment in number of hours, flexible and completely up to your availability!
