ECB WELCOMES YOU TO Flamingos

Thank you for joining our Flamingos

Designed with our junior female players aged 9 - 12yrs  in mind, this programme is a wonderful opportunity to hang out with your mates on a Friday evening, playing football and learning new skills. Alongside Fantails, Flamingos is integral to our Friday Night Girls programme offering, allowing every girl to continue playing football throughout the year.

No matter where you are in your football journey, our coaches are equipped to provide sessions that can cater to all skill levels

Questions you may have

What happens on my first day?
On your first day, please come and chat with our lead coach Gail, we can help you find your coach and get you started. Everyone is super friendly, if you are feeling a little lost please ask for help

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can run around in. You don’t need to wear boots to the first few sessions if you don’t have them, we do recommend shin guards

Can I bring a friend to a Flamingos session?
Absolutely! Welcome new girls to participate and will offer free trial sessions for new players. Please let us know if you would like to bring a friend so we know to expect them and can keep to our player/coach ratios

Where are the sessions and when does it start?
Every Friday Evening
Term 4:  Starting 13 February 2026 to 27 March 2026
Venue:  Bay City Park, Andersons Road

Can I trial a session before I sign up?

Absolutely! We will be running an open session beginning of each term , please bring your friends and come along for a try out :)
