Joe works across the full spectrum of community and development programmes while supporting coaches and players, alongside his coaching duties with the ECB first team.

Callum Simmonds

Football Development Manager: Junior Development

In addition to being a NRFL Youth Head Coach, Callum will also coordinate our mini bays (grades 5-8) programme and deliver East Coast Bay's school and holiday programmes. Callum is a current first team player at ECB

Milan Elie

Football Development Manager: Junior Director

Milan leads our junior grades and programmes while also lead our community coach education programmes

Mingi So

Football Development Officer: Future Bays

Mingi leads our talent pathway from youth through to the first team, head coach for the Under 23 Future Bays and U17 teams and assists Joe with our NRFL Men’s first team.
