We pride ourselves on having one of the best coaching teams in the country and a team that delivers our unique player-centred curriculum.

Joe Hall – ECB Director of Football - OFC/NZF A License, PhD Neuropsychology in Sport
Joe works across the full spectrum of the TDP to support coaches and players, alongside his coaching duties with the ECB first team.

Nathan Cranney – ECB Football Development Officer – completing OFC/NZF B License 2022
Nathan will also look after the u23’s program at ECB in 2022, with specific focus on the u17-first team pathway, including coaching Future Bays and assisting Joe in the ECB first team. Nathan is currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise at AUT.

Callum Simmonds - ECB Football Development Officer – completing OFC/NZF B License 2022
Callum will also coordinate mini bays and provide support and communications for grades 9-10 in 2022 in addition to his TDP commitments. Callum is a current first team player at ECB.

Milan Elie – ECB Football Development Officer - completing OFC/NZF B License 2022
Milan will also provide further support for communications and organisation of the TDP in 2022 in addition to supporting grades 11-12. Milan is currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise at AUT.
