CLUB UPDATE | Welcome back Milan!

We are very pleased to announce that Milan Elie is returning to The Bays and to our coaching team next season.
Milan returns to Auckland after his role as the Federation Development Officer leading Coach Education and Talent at Capital Football in Wellington. As many will know, Milan played a huge role in the development of our junior and youth football when he led the communications and planning of our NZF accredited youth talent development programme (TDP).
Milan has taken up the role of Football Development Manager to lead our junior grades and programmes, overseeing:
- Junior Director for 9th-12th grade
- Talent development programme (TDP) coach
- Coach Education Lead, delivering NZF qualifications, ECB-specific coach education and coaching support across key programmes
- Community programmes coach.
We can look forward to seeing Milan back at the club in the New Year. Please join us in welcoming Milan back to our club.
