CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT |
East Coast Bays AFC are delighted to announce the appointment of Joseph Hall as our New Director of Football and Men's NRFL First Team Coach.
Joe brings with him an abundance of knowledge and experience, as an NZF coach educator, holding an OFC / NZF A licence coaching qualification and a Phd of Neuropsychology in Sport.
His knowledge is accompanied by a wealth of experience in many successful football environments; currently working at the Ole Football Academy in Wellington. Joe has 6 years coaching experience in the New Zealand Premiership, including working as Assistant Coach to our very own Willy Gerdsen at Canterbury United. As the Director of Football at Ferrymead Bays he built a licenced Talent Development Programme, and is excited to add his knowledge, skill and mentorship to our excellent coaching staff developing our programs which continue to be recognised amongst the very best in New Zealand.
Joe is passionate about peak performance and cultivating environments where people can get the best out of themselves. Alongside all of this Joe is also a performance consultant having worked with sports, businesses and individual performers to produce high performance.

Away from football Joe enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and snowboarding among many other things.
Joe will be joining us officially in mid-November and is already well under way with planning and introductions with our coaches and players.
