Game Day Volunteers Wanted

Saturday Game Day 

We need volunteer help on Saturday game days to help build the experience and atmosphere for our Men's 1st Team home games.
You can volunteer for one game or multiple games - keen to ensure no one is too tied down on a Saturday afternoon. Please contact Jonny Gaze at jonny.gaze@gmail.com or 027 500 1376 if you are able to help in any way.

Music 

• Start 1.15pm End 5.15pm Home Game days only
• Play music via the outdoor PA system
• Music playlist played at halftime U23 game, after U23 game/ prior to 1st team game, half time and full time of 1st team game

Flags - Put Out

• 12.00 Home Game days only (20 minute job)
• put out the flags (12) around the Main pitch at Bay City Park

Flags - Bring In

• 5.00pm Home Game days only (20 minute job)
• bring in the flags (12) around the Main pitch at Bay City Park

Backup Game Day MC and Match Announcer

• Start 1.15pm End 5.15pm Home Game days only
• Fill in role when our #1 match announcer (Gordy Ross) is unavailable
• PA announcing - team starting lists, goal scorers, substitutions (or this could be a different role?)
• MC for the Mens 1st Team after match function

Social Media - Saturday Game Day

• Start 2.00pm for All Men's 1st Team game days (home and away); End 5:30pm
• Post pre-match team line ups, goal scorers, updates from the ground (on or off camera options!)

Match Day Programme 

• We produce an electronic match day programme , published on Fridays, and need someone to coordinate the delivery of this - arranging content from across the club, and editing the programme, posting online
• Estimate 2-3 hours per week of work

Sunday Game Day 

We need some volunteer help on Sunday game days to help build the experience and atmosphere for our Women's 1st Team home games.
