Coaching Update: Thank You Milan

24 May

Today we share some coaching news: Milan Elie has stepped down from his role as ECB Football Development Manager, taking on a new role with Northern Region Football.

Milan has been an invaluable part of our coaching staff and community, known for his passion, dedication, and the positive impact he’s had on players across all levels. Milan has brought incredible energy to the club — helping to raise the standard of our football programmes and nurturing a culture of development, respect, and teamwork. His work in the u9-u12 age groups and coach education has allowed to ECB to improve and scale junior age group coaching considerably, and has opened the door to an exciting opportunity for Milan at regional level.

Whilst Milan is moving from his role with ECB, the club is delighted to announce that he will remain coaching in the Talent Development Program. The remainder of Milan's role has been delegated across the coaching team until a long term appointment can be made.

"It's been an awesome year and a half leading the delivery of junior football at Bays. The club has been through a period of growth where we have implemented new programmes and training structures, it's been a pleasure to support our coaches, players, and parents along this journey and I'm certain junior football at Bays will continue to go from strength to strength.

A massive thank you to the Bays community for all of your support across my time here!! While I'm moving on to a new role at Northern Region Football, I'll still be coaching in the club's Talent Development Programme and I'm sure I'll see you all on the sidelines across the rest of the season!" Milan Elie

Thank you for all you have done Milan and we wish you all the best with your new role!
