Why do this?

FIFA, in collaboration with the Oceania Football Confederation and New Zealand Football, is working to implement club licensing and expand access to Talent Development Programmes (TDPs) for players across New Zealand.

As part of this initiative, East Coast Bays AFC and Hibiscus Coast AFC have partnered to deliver a Girls Talent Development Programme, providing a structured pathway for local youth players to develop within a high-quality training environment and gain access to top-level competition in a year-round calendar of activity.
